Please note that registration is a three-step process. We recommend that you get this registration process completed as soon as possible in order to avoid the last minute rush.

Step One: Register on-line by selecting programs in Virginia. Please register on-line no later than two weeks before an upcoming weekend.

After you register, you will receive an e-mail invoice, which you should return as soon as possible with a check or PayPal payment for the $250 non-refundable registration fee, for the weekend.

Step Two: Receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your registration and fee.

Step Three: Each spouse will talk with our Registration Couple by phone after the acknowledgment letter is received.  You must complete this last step by one week before the weekend in order to complete your registration. We must send our finalized housing list to the hotel by close of business three days before the weekend.
